A company is looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.



Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and resolve complex IT issues
Monitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance and availability
Administer Microsoft Cloud and On-Prem Active Directories and manage M365 tenancy administration


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in a Level 2 support position
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Familiarity with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, and Firewall configuration
