A company is looking for a Health Plan Commissions and Operations Analyst to ensure accurate and prompt payment of broker commissions and HRA payments.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and collect financial data to prepare and process commission payments for brokers and agencies
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission payments by collaborating with various internal departments
Audit and correct any under or overpayment issues and maintain commission reporting integrity


Required Qualifications

Associate degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent working knowledge
2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or commission processing
Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of finance and payroll processing
