A company is looking for an HRSS Specialist - Compliance (Remote Eligible).



Key Responsibilities:

Manage work authorizations and ensure timely completion of I-9s
Support regulatory and ad-hoc employer reporting by compiling and analyzing data
Respond to Service Now tickets and assist with various onboarding tasks


Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years HR administration experience in a Shared Services environment
Experience with large-scale HRIS such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
