Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of the Amgen Brand Management Development Program (ABMDP) to enhance marketing and leadership skills
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement a multi-year program focused on senior marketer development and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
Manage all aspects of ABMDP, including curriculum design, talent review calls, mentorship programs, and reporting program outcomes to senior leadership



Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 4 years, Bachelor's degree with 6 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of marketing/business experience in a commercial organization
Strong marketing competence with industry experience and knowledge
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in building productive partnerships and collaborating effectively in a matrix organization
