A company is looking for a Care Management Support Assistant to provide health support and administrative assistance in a remote call center environment.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct Health Risk Assessments with members to address their overall health and well-being
Provide non-clinical administrative and operational support to guide members toward health resources
Meet established productivity, process, and quality goals while adhering to compliance policies


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Experience meeting documented productivity, quality, and/or service metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
