Key Responsibilities

Create or audit estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims
Negotiate settlements and document activities in complex files across multiple lines
Build relationships with internal and external customers


Required Qualifications

4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2 or more years of experience in estimate writing and insurance claims (preferred)
Strong understanding of various policy types
Ability to evaluate settlement alternatives and ensure regulatory compliance
