Here, you will make an impact by: - Driving operational goals to meet the needs of the department
- Leader of Leaders: Coaching and mentoring supervisors and individual contributors
- Implement changes to improve department process as needed throughout the team
- Supports sales team by sharing best practices to help improve processes for internal and external customers
- Willingness to be on-call after normal business hours to meet the needs of the customer
- Delivering on department metrics using Inside Out Coaching to extend understanding of the department standard and active listening of employee needsYour Skills and Expertise - To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND two (3) years of leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environmentOR
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND six (6) years of leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution
- Experience with Health Insurance Benefits verification or claims processing
- Experience working in a customer service operations capacity
