This includes patient and caregiver education and consultation to other professionals, clinics or agencies.Education:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.Certification/Licensure:
  • CPR certification
  • State license for physical therapy or licensure eligible.
