We are paving the way for our customers to grow responsibly.This role is within Honeywell Connected Industrials (HCI), a Business Enterprise within HCE, which includes the portfolio of software offerings for Industrial Automation.THE POSITIONThe Honeywell Offering Management Leader is responsible for defining a portfolio strategy of software products based on industry trends, customer insights, competitive and market intelligence. Offering Managers work closely with cross-functional departments to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio.The Sr. Director of Offering Management for New Product Introductions (NPIs) is a key role responsible for growing and defining new industrial software offerings. S/he will lead a team responsible for defining and developing the right software products, as well as go to market strategies, to help our customers in their digitalization and sustainability initiatives.This role reports to the Chief Product Officer of HCI and will be based in Houston, TX.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and portfolio that aligns with our business goals and market opportunities. Ideate and define new software products to grow the value and revenue across Honeywell's industrial and sustainability offerings. Build and manage a team of product managers to deliver world-class products. Partner with Development teams on New Product Introduction (NPI) investment plans and monitor outcomes. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities. Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to inform product development decisions. Define and prioritize product features and roadmaps based on customer feedback and market analysis. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and to high quality standards. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings. Work with the HCI After Market Solutions (AMS) team to define and implement the right KPIs and SW components.YOU MUST HAVE 15+ years leading Operations in relevant verticals. Experience running a manufacturing plant with a deep understanding of operational requirements. 10+ years in digital transformation and enterprise software Product Management. 5+ years leading a team. Experience in SaaS, PaaS, Cloud-based software offerings. Understanding of industrial process technologies and software. Experience with IoT, data management, and AI/ML applications. Inbound and outbound product management experience. Strong grasp of usability with experience in driving UI focused products. Ability to communicate business values to the commercial team and customers.WE VALUE BS, MS in relevant engineering or computer science fields. An MBA in General Management or related fields.
