Our Mergers & Acquisitions team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market while also servicing an existing large client base. To support the successful delivery, ERM is seeking experienced Principal Consultants to manage and deliver a range of projects, while working with ERM's subject matter expert teams on related follow-on project tasks. In this role, the successful candidate will focus on EHS due diligence in a variety of sectors, including O&G, infrastructure, manufacturing , private equity and finance sector.ERM is committed to providing a service that is consistent, professional and of the highest quality to create value for our clients.We have worked with many Global Fortune 500 companies delivering innovative solutions for business and selected government clients helping them understand and manage the sustainability challenges that the world is increasingly facing. For over 40 years, we have been working with clients around the world and in diverse industry sectors to help them to understand and manage their environmental, health, safety, risk and social impacts.This is for a part time (20 hours/week) role.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deliver medium to large size due diligence and EHS projects from local to global scale for private equity and corporate clients.
- Analyze information to understand and articulate commercial consequences of environmental, health, and safety as well as social and climate change issues.
- Collaborate across regions and global practice communities.
- Establish strong working relationships with clients through project delivery.
