A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to coordinate medical staff applications and maintain clinician documentation.



Key Responsibilities

Manage the facility application process for clinicians and ensure compliance with credentialing policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinician information in the credentials software system
Facilitate communication with internal and external personnel regarding credentialing status and requirements


Required Qualifications

Two years of college education, preferably in business courses, or one to three years of experience in a medical staff office or credentials position
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience working with confidential data
Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and handle interruptions
