A company is looking for an Instructional Support Technologist to provide technical support and solutions for learning management systems (LMS) in higher education.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the intermediary between students, faculty, and staff to report and troubleshoot technical issues
Maintain online support ticket services and training avenues for academic stakeholders
Provide level 2 support for escalated student and faculty issues while monitoring knowledge bases and escalation procedures


Required Qualifications

1+ years' experience in education technology or a related field
1+ years' full-time work experience in higher education, supporting faculty in online courses
Experience troubleshooting issues with learning management systems such as Canvas or Blackboard
Customer service experience adhering to service level agreements
