This role will involve sourcing, structuring, and managing debt and equity financing to support the company's growth and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate finance, strong relationships with investors and financial institutions, and a proven track record of successful capital raising.What you will be doing: Capital Raising: - Develop and implement capital-raising strategies to secure funding for real estate acquisitions, developments, and operations.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Prepare and present investment proposals, financial models, and marketing materials to potential investors.Debt and Equity Financing:
- Negotiate and structure debt and equity financing agreements, including term sheets, loan agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Manage relationships with lenders, equity partners, and financial institutions to ensure favorable terms and conditions.Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct detailed financial analyses, including cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI) calculations, and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare regular reports on capital raising activities, financial performance, and market trends for senior management and stakeholders.Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the CIO and executive team to develop long-term financial strategies and capital plans.
- Assess market conditions and trends to identify new opportunities for financing and investment.Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
