Now Hiring Registered Nurses (RN) - Immediate Openings! We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide pre- and post-operative care.
- Assessment: Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement patient care plans, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
- Education: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care.
- Supervision: Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other staff.
- Safety: Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and preferences are considered.
Skills and Qualifications: - Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty.
- Experience: Clinical experience in a healthcare setting; specialty experience may be preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical equipment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills; compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks.
Working Conditions: - Environment: Hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility; may require shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
