An industrial services company is looking to add a Payroll Supervisor to join their team!

Key Responsibilities: Handle various accounting, auditing, analysis, and reporting tasks related to payroll activities.
Support the review and maintenance of payroll processes and procedures, including conducting audits and identifying issues.
Prepare reports and customized reconciliations for senior management.
Compile, analyze, and report on payroll data.
Reconcile multiple payroll system accounts to ensure accuracy.
Prepare specific journal entries related to payroll.
Analyze and prepare payroll data, and assist with the review of earnings and deductions.
Support payroll controls, reporting, and auditing of various payroll items.
Assist Payroll Leaders with special projects and ad hoc requests.
Aid Payroll Leaders in preparing schedules and compiling documents for quarterly reviews and year-end external audits


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting or Finance required
5-10 years payroll processing experience
Preferred expereince with Infor, heavy Excel expereince required
Strong team player with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with all departments
Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment


Compensation: Targeting $75-95K - depending on experience
