Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations at assigned clients, including project management meetings and stakeholder alignment
Guide clients through the implementation journey, from assessments to go-live support
Gather client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in implementation, client success, or project management, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
Strong experience managing day-to-day client operations and running project management meetings
Familiarity with healthcare operations and workflows
