Job Description:
Onsite Role
4+ years of experience in a team coordination or administrative role.
Experience in project management or coordination (preferred).
Prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in client Productivity Suite (Mail, Pages, Numbers, Keynote) or equivalent productivity tools.
Experience with project management software is an advantage.
