Job Title: Plaintiffs AttorneyExperience: 5 yearsLocation: Houston, TXI am working with a dynamic law firm that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plaintiff's Attorney with 5 years of experience. We are looking for an Atttorney with prior plainitff experience preferred to join their team, focusing on a wide docket of personal injury plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in personal injury law, trial experience, and a knack for providing strategic legal advice.Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Plaintiff's Attorney:

• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs to support plaintiffs' strategies.
• Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports, and other services to clients.
• Go to trial when it is not in the clients best interest to accept a settlement.
• Ability to work a litigation caseload of 30-40 cases in personal injury and commercial docket.
• 5 years of personal injury and/or commercial plaintiff's experience.
• Strong ability to see the big picture and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work hard and play hard. In the office M-F, no work on the weekends.Why Work Here?
