Join our dynamic Account Resolution Group (ARG) within the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) who oversees the de-marketing of clients deemed to present unacceptable BSA/AML/OFAC risk to Santander Bank. - The Account Resolution Analyst is responsible for receiving, tracking, logging and monitoring account closure recommendations made by the FIU to the Lines of Business. • is deadline driven to ensure compliance with applicable SLAs.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Receive and review demarket recommendations from the FIU.
  • Log and perform data entry of each demarket recommendation into bank systems to ensure the actions carried out timely and accurately.
  • Perform quality control on demarket recommendations and data entry on bank systems as requested by management.
  • Monitor for and escalate issues to management.
  • Works on projects, other FIU work and ancillary duties as assigned.
  • Keeps abreast of AML/BSA/OFAC legal and regulatory matters affecting the compliance program.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
