Collaborate with development and business users to verify and test functionality changes
Oversee installation and configuration of new systems while monitoring software releases
Analyze user issues and perform release management duties for code deployments


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of experience in technical or systems applications
Strong computer/software skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
