• Salary $200,000 to 250,000 DOE
• Performance bonus of 40-50% Annually

  • 10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, deep foundation, earth retention
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geotechnical or structural engineering
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale deep foundation projects
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Expertise in project management software and toolsResponsibilities
    • Full profit & loss on the current $100M/yr division.
    • Ability to grow the division to $250-300M/yr through strategic hires and opening new geographic markets.
    • Lead and perform geotechnical engineering analysis and design for deep foundation and earth retention projects.
    • Apply high-level geotechnical engineering techniques and process to identify improvements for various infrastructure foundation projects phases including concept development, preliminary design, final design, procurement construction and operation.
    • Direct involvement in managing a complete book of work on all projects to ensure profitability on projects and to identify and make improvements where needed.
    • Interact with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients in a confident and professional manner.
    • Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams of estimators, engineers, project managers and other professionals to execute project work on multiple concurrent projects.
