Key Responsibilities

Develop insightful recommendations through analytics, financial modeling, and strategic analyses
Drive operational rigor and performance management, including KPI development and accountability
Create frameworks to manage marketplace health and assess supply/demand balance for new services


Required Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in an analytical role such as strategic finance or data science
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred
Strong knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages for data analysis
Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
