A company is looking for a Designer, Editorial (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Enhance articles, social media, newsletters, and audio experiences with custom artwork and templates
Create bespoke hero images for stories and social posts, and maintain a library of editorial and social templates
Commission freelance illustrators for original artwork and create visual identities for major events


Required Qualifications

1-4 years of design experience in a newsroom or related industry
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) and Figma
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams
A background in journalism is a valuable plus
