        • Unit Profiles: Location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details.
        • Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters), Must have: 2 yrs Acute Case Management experience, Social Worker: 1-2yrs Acute Social Worker experience (licensed in TX).
        • Typical hiring profile, Preferred or nice to have: See above, List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Case Manager provides case management service for both inpatient and observation patients assigned, Social Worker works collaboratively with RN case managers and the multidisciplinary team.

          • The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.
