A company is looking for an Oracle Compensation Engineer or Business Analyst.



Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Compensation COE to provide high-level service and support
Understand and document requirements and business processes related to compensation
Support technical and functional configuration of Compensation/Comp Planner and related tables


Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with UDT configurations
3+ years of experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, Oracle BIP, Oracle OTBI, SQL, and HDL Loads
3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud
