Environmental Supervisor/Coordinator
Houston, Texas
As Environmental Supervisor/Coordinator, you will supervise our client?s Environmental Coordinator in their Alexandria, Louisiana, plant and serve as Coordinator for the facility. Using your significant experience and knowledge of environmental technologies, you will develop storm-water and spill-prevention plans and waste profiles, and perform analytical testing and site inspections. Your ability to interact with off-site reporting consultants and provide the necessary data for their reporting duties will be crucial for success in this role. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent at company headquarters, and 40% at the plant. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor?s degree and possess strong experience in an environmental capacity. Your background should showcase responsible care management, and include exposure to air permitting. You must be able to read, understand and comply with state and federal regulations. Demonstrated training abilities will also assure successful job performance.
