Shift: The plant runs 12-hour days and 12-hour night schedule Monday - Saturday, off Sunday. You will work days for 3-months then nights for 3-months on rotation. When fully staffed the plant will shift to a 5am-1pm / 1pm-9pm / 9pm-5am shift schedule.
Compensation: $ 25.84 or 32.88 DOE Compensation packages and starting wages vary widely, but it is well-known that careers in the industry yield VERY LARGE W-2s, primarily because of overtime opportunities, company contributions, etc. You can expect your initial starting base to be around $70K annually with your FIRST YEAR total W-2 to be into the $100K range. The average makes $133K yearly.
