For the App/DB migration, we are looking to fill the resource gap to assist with Oracle EBS, Agile, SOA Middleware, Weblogic and other SQL server/tools migrations.<br>&nbsp;<br>I am looking for an Sr. Oracle Application DBA Technical Architect assisting with the following:<br>&nbsp;<br>&bull;DataCenter Migration experience is mandatory.<br>&bull;Review of planned system architecture for Oracle Applications and supporting technologies. This should encompass the intended configurations and supporting technology software such as database, security &amp; application server(s), load balancing, high availability etc. <br>&bull;Ensure that the planned migration plan will minimize disruption and minimal changes such as outage time for business application users during the cutover.<br>&bull;Identify chances for improvements in performance, stability, scalability and operational efficiency with respect to monitoring performance and &nbsp;&nbsp;health as well as system management.<br>&bull;Point out any planned architecture that might limit future plans to improve High Availability and eventually develop standard &ldquo;Service Tiers&rdquo; based &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;on business service level requirements.<br>&bull;Review integration points for possible impact due to new deployment design.<br>&bull;Assist with the new architecture design and develop maintenance routines for the environments.<br>&bull;Identify all the integration points for the supported applications and setup the integrations on the migrated applications. <br>&bull;Assist with the dry runs and deployment planning<br>Work with the project Management to provide updates and participate in the deployment planning.<br>&bull;Perform the migrations/Cloning/environment build/configurations for the Oracle and related environments.<br>&bull;Document all the relevant steps of migration and the reference architecture document for the existing team.<br>&bull;Work with onsite DBA&#39;s and offshore DBA&#39;s to make sure all the tasks are identified and executed in the timely manner. <br>&bull;Team Player.<br>&nbsp;<br>In addition to the Oracle EBiz / Agile applications, we will need support in the tool migration and deployment to cover Kofax, DirectSmile, GetPaid, SOA-PIP to name just a few. <br>&nbsp;<br></span><br></span> More...
