Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to redesign labor allocation systems into more granular dayparts
Integrate hourly labor allocation data into Workday, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in labor planning
Develop systems to track and analyze hourly staffing effectiveness and provide actionable insights


Required Qualifications:

Experience with Workday's labor planning functionalities, including integration and reporting
Strong experience with SQL, data architecture, table construction, and data flows
Exceptional skills in data manipulation, visualization, and analysis using tools such as Sigma or Tableau
Ability to work across multiple projects, teams, and priorities while meeting deadlines effectively
