For more information, visit affiniuscapital.com.Job DescriptionPlan, organize, and direct development of company land acquisitions, build-to-suits, and data center development, through marketing and business development activities, negotiations, contract terms, and other such related activities in obtaining such transactions for Affinius Capital. Assist in the sourcing, coordination, implementation and management of development opportunities with Affinius Capital and its development partners.Essential Duties: - Work with senior management, development partners, consultants, and financing sources to structure real estate transactions and terms that meet Affinius Capital's risk and return criteria.
- Generate efficient capital management, including debt and equity availability, distributions and capital calls, working with partners from portfolio analytics and investor relations.
- Create and oversee insightful fund analysis and forecasting tools, including the various fund models, performance attribution, market and property sector forecasting, risk evaluation and stress testing, working with portfolio analytics, performance reporting, research, portfolio management and other contributors.
- Perform development management duties (e.g. marketing, sourcing, due diligence, planning, permitting, contract administration, budget and schedule development, periodic reporting, project close-out) of assigned projects.
- Maintain and extend strong and positive relationships with development partners, brokers, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and coordinate the financing documentation process with legal, senior management and other Affinius Capital parties as required for development projects.
- Assist in marketing activities associated with new investors including research, prospecting, analysis and underwriting.
