Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing a formal quality improvement program across crisis centers
Monitor internal quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with funder goals
Conduct data collection and analysis to measure clinical performance and support improvement strategies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or Social Sciences preferred
Prior experience at a crisis center or interest in mental health/suicide prevention
Experience with compliance and quality improvement activities
Basic knowledge of contact center data and analytics
Professional clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, PsyD) is a plus More...
