Key Responsibilities

Initiates and facilitates the pre-determination process for insurance verification
Maintains daily surgery/procedure schedules and communicates with physicians regarding their schedules
Documents and logs all pre-certifications and notifies relevant departments of their status


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent certification
3 years of work experience in a medical office setting
No specific certifications required
Associate degree preferred
