Key Responsibilities

Assess situations affecting employee relations and provide advice to leaders
Review and analyze employee and operational statistics to identify trends and issues
Develop training for leaders and staff to ensure compliance with HR regulations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources generalist with a focus on employee relations
Familiarity with employment law, conflict resolution, and HR management principles
Proven ability to conduct investigations and document findings accurately
