Key Responsibilities

Interpret and convey complex information using critical thinking skills
Utilize MIDAS, EMR (NextGen), IDX, and population management tools effectively
Promote and support the implementation of system policies and guidelines, including OSHA regulations

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing
Three (3) to Five (5) years of related experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
