Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize workflows for the Member Experience team
Build and maintain systems to document and track the Member journey
Drive process improvement initiatives and troubleshoot technical issues


Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in strategy & operations leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth start-up
Prior education or experience in the health, wellness, and medical space preferred
Strong understanding of Member Operations with a focus on implementation and process improvement
Experience managing and developing a team
