Some of the responsibilities would include:

Check returning vehicles for gas levels, damage and/or preventative maintenance or grounding

Advise and review rental charges and provide an accurate receipt

Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction

Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow

Work outside in all weather conditions

Enter ready car keys in the computer

Handout car keys to customer

Verify customer information when picking up vehicles

Keep the Ready Line organized and clean

Must have strong computer skillsWe're Looking For:

Must be 18 years of age
Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written skills
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
Proficient in English and Spanish preferredWhat We Offer:
