Key Responsibilities

Correspond with court reporters and clients to complete post-deposition tasks
Manage files in preparation for the transcript production process
Communicate effectively with other teams on Slack and attend weekly Zoom meetings


Required Qualifications

1+ years of administrative or similar experience; prior court reporting or legal experience is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Motivated to meet goals set by management and hold oneself accountable
Proactive in asking for clarification on tasks or workflows
