A company is looking for a Master Resilience Trainer to enhance the physical and psychological health of Soldiers, Unit Leaders, Families, and DA Civilians.



Key Responsibilities

Instruct individuals in holistic approaches to strength, conditioning, and resilience, tailoring and facilitating training events
Assess training impact through surveys and After-Action Reviews (AAR), maintaining training records and providing feedback
Deliver training focused on resilience application, leadership skills, and personal development in demanding environments



Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a focus on sport and/or performance psychology
Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel
Knowledge of Army organizational structure, mission objectives, and relevant policies
Completion of the Army's Master Resilience Training Course and certification as an Army Performance Expert
Certifications or memberships in relevant professional associations preferred More...
