A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance to oversee the organization's Quality Assurance Program.



Key Responsibilities

Oversees the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs
Gathers data for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and builds SLA report cards
Develops and implements key process improvement efforts while auditing back-office operations


Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a large operation with multifunctional services, including 2 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in an Audit function with documentation and reporting skills
Advanced skills in MS Office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to identify performance gaps and implement process improvements
Experience with compliance standards such as Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards More...
