Key Responsibilities

Serve as an escalation point for operational disruptions and monitor client support tickets
Aid in transitioning newly implemented clients to standard support processes and ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product defects and enhancements while maintaining data integrity


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Support, Sales, or Consulting within the Healthcare industry
Project Management experience preferred
Revenue Cycle and/or Hospital Operations experience preferred
