A company is looking for a State and Local Government Customer Success Account Manager Leader for the East region.



Key Responsibilities

Manage executive relationships with key customers and partners to drive customer success and identify growth opportunities
Lead a team to align customer objectives with Microsoft solutions, ensuring effective resource mobilization and adoption of technology
Coach team members on technical knowledge and industry trends while managing delivery programs and customer expectations



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience
Additional qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience OR Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience
5+ years of relevant work experience within the customer industry
10+ years of people management experience, preferably leading large organizations (75+)
