Analyze reporting for trends and implement improvement plans based on team performance
Oversee staff hiring, performance management, and development to meet departmental goals


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
3-5 years of experience in short-term disability and absence management claims
2+ years of management experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
