Key Responsibilities

Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
Lead teams in evaluating and documenting business process changes and their impacts
Act as a subject matter expert to provide business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and presenting solution recommendations
4+ years of experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost benefit analysis
