Key Responsibilities

Collect data from insurance carriers, payrolls, and other HR platforms
Answer incoming client calls and emails, and complete Help Desk inquiries
Manage day-to-day tasks for active client accounts while keeping documentation up to date


Required Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Comfortable working with numbers
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Wrike) and client management software (e.g., Hubspot)
Organized and detail-oriented
