Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the AML UAT program, including strategies and test plans
Lead the execution of test cases, document results, and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements
Manage a team of UAT Specialists, providing mentorship and ensuring performance standards are met


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Management, or relevant areas
5+ years of experience in AML-focused user acceptance testing or technical project management in the financial services industry
Knowledge of testing methodologies and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
Hands-on experience with AML monitoring systems and related technologies
