    The Dialysis Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing an evaluating patient care of all patients receiving inpatient dialysis at Palestine Regional Medical Center. The RN coordinates, delegates, and provides direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and all patient care team members.
    
    Qualifications
    
    Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice in the state of Texas as a Registered Nurse
    • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
    • Current BLS and ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
    • Demonstrates competency in basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
    • Prior experience in acute dialysis preferred
    • Demonstrates high level of personal and professional accountability and responsibility
    • Ability to problem solve and apply critical thinking skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate patient care activities with the interdisciplinary team More...
