About The Role:

  • As a CBRE Property Condition & Evaluation Analyst, you will prepare basic Property Condition Reports and note deficiencies observed by a professional in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
    What You'll Do:
    • Assist with coordinating walk-through surveys to assess the condition of the property.
    • Interview property owners, occupants, and other key members to collect information.
    • Document repair costs, occupancy, maintenance and inspection reports, and more.
    • Take photographs of property systems and their condition.
    • Prepare estimated costs for repairs and improvements.
    • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
    • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
    • Impact the quality of own work.
    • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
    • Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

      What You'll Need:

      To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.       • Bachelor's Degree with a major in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management required.
      • 3+ years of commercial building evaluation or commercial design experience preferred.
      • General understanding of building systems, including: site work, structural, building envelope, and MEP.
      • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
      • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
      • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
      • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive attitude.
      • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
