*Duties expected to perform*:
* Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
* Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
* Receiving and escorting visitors
* Orienting and mentoring new nursing assistants
* Maintaining linens, supplies, and equipment
* Responsible for acquiring all medication refills that are ordered by MD, and dispersing them to the different locations according to policy and procedure.
* Assuring all medical documentation is in place for compliance and safety of patient care.
* Making all outside appointments for patients as well as referrals for psychiatry and medical
* Ensuring patients receive all scheduled and PRN medications.
* Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
* Office/business operation skills
* Communication and presentation skills
* Excellent customer service and people skills (including one-on-one interaction and group environment)
* Proven organization and attention to detail
* Demonstrated computer skills

Required license or certification:
* Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
* High School Diploma or GED
* Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
* Valid CO Driver's License

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
