Natchaug Hospital is seeking a Residential Adolescent Behavioral Health Clinician to join their team. This role involves providing evidence-based clinical services for adolescent girls in a specialized residential treatment facility. The clinician will work in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individual, group, and family therapy services, while maintaining ethical principles and professional standards of practice. Responsibilities also include conducting comprehensive assessments, providing direct patient care, and assisting in the coordination of programming. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related Human Service field, as well as experience working with behavioral health and/or chemical dependency populations.
