Our beautiful, modern 143 bed facility is situated on 22 acres and includes a *STR/subacute unit and two long term care units*. Our programs include long term care, respite, hospice, and short term rehab.*Position Requirements:* Completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant Certification Program a must.
